What's New? 

The Autoresponder Rules page has been replaced with our new Automated Workflows experience. This new page offers everything you could do before, but goes further with powerful new features designed to improve your feedback and issue management process.

You can still configure automated responses to reviews based on star rating.

Automated Ticket Creation for Review and NPS Responses

Automatically generate internal tickets for reviews or NPS responses. Learn more about ticketing.

Smarter, Centralized Logic

Workflows are easier to manage and more flexible than ever, allowing you to handle multiple types of automation in one place. 

What You Need To Do 

If you had previously set up autoresponder rules, don't worry; they've been migrated into the new Automated Workflows tool. You can view, edit, or expand them by visiting the new page.
