Steps on how to connect your Facebook account with Swell.
To help keep your messaging all in one place, you can respond to inquiries sent through Facebook Messenger directly from Swell's message inbox.
Note: Facebook response time limit
You can reply to a Facebook message via Swell for 7 days after receiving it. You'll need to respond directly via your Facebook account for messages more than 7 days old.
To enable this feature, you'll just need to connect your Facebook Page to your Swell account. Here's how:
- Navigate to Settings > Locations
- Select the Edit or Pencil icon on the location you'd like to change.
- Select Connect Accounts > Connect Facebook Page
- When prompted, log in with the email account that owns your Facebook page and allow all permissions. *It MUST be the same email that manages and has all permissions for your Facebook account*
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for Swell to fully sync with your Facebook account.
