Export Patient Experience Survey Data

Export Patient Experience Survey Results

  1. Navigate to Patient Experience > Surveys. 
  2. Choose the survey you want to export results for and select View Results.
  3. Navigate to the Participants tab.
  4. Hover your mouse over the table of survey responses. You will see a white box with two icons appear. 
  5. Choose the vertical three dot (⋮) menu and select Export.
  6. Select one of the following options:
    1. CSV. This is useful for conducting further analysis of survey results using spreadsheet software. 
    2. Excel. This is useful for conducting further analysis of survey results using Microsoft Excel. 
    3. PDF. This is a good option if you’d like to include the results in another document or report.
