How do Employee Insights surveys work?

By completing brief surveys, you can share your perspective anonymously and influence your organization.

What are Employee Insights Surveys?

Employee Insights Surveys are brief anonymous surveys about what it's like to work at your organization. They usually take 1-2 minutes to complete, and are sent on a regular cadence chosen by your organization (for example, once a week).

You will be invited to complete your surveys via email and optionally via text message. Surveys ask for your anonymous input on a variety of workplace topics, such as safety, leadership, and relationships with your peers and manager. Some questions ask you give a rating on a scale, and others allow you to provide open-ended feedback.

How does anonymity work?

All employee responses are gathered anonymously. Your employer cannot see whether you have or have not completed any given survey. Rating results are reported as aggregate scores, with a minimum number of responses required before they become visible.

How are my open responses reported?

Open response feedback is shared with your employer exactly as you enter it, but is not associated with your name. Be sure to avoid including comments that would identify you as the author if you wish to remain anonymous.
