      How Do I Adjust My Notification Settings in Swell?

      Adjusting notification settings in your Swell account

      Here's How:

      1. Navigate to Settings > Brand Settings > Notifications
      2. Select or unselect the boxes under the different options across the top of the screen with the corresponding user on the left.
        • Please note, that if you would like to also receive push notifications for the mobile app, they must first be enabled in the Swell Reports settings.

          • Notifications Types

            • Daily Summary: a daily report of new reviews that have been left on the account
            • Weekly Summary: a weekly report of new reviews that have been left on the account
            • Monthly Summary: A monthly report of new reviews that have been left on the account
            • Warnings: This will warn you when your account has received a 3-star or lower review
            • Messenger: Notifies you of new incoming messages in Swell
            • New Review: Notifies you when a new review has been left

      How do I enable Sound and Badge notifications for my desktop?
