How do I assign messages to specific people or groups in my company?

Learn how to assign messages to specific people or groups in your organization, so the right people can address questions fast.

 

Open up the Messenger, then follow these steps:

  1. Click on a conversation you'd like to assign to someone.

  2. Click on the '+' sign located on the top right of the conversation

  3. Select a user

  4. That conversation is now assigned to the person you selected**

  5. Once assigned, you'll notice that their name will appear next to the conversation

  6. They can access the conversations assigned to them by clicking on "My Conversations"
