Enable deep automations by connecting Swell to Dolphin Management
Orthodontic practices using Dolphin Management (on-premises or cloud) can connect directly to Swell for hassle-free automations powered by daily operations data. Once connected, Swell automatically syncs appointment data, contact info, and metadata like provider and procedure code to enable flexible messaging automations and detailed feedback reporting.
Configuring a connection takes about 15 minutes. To get started, you will need:
- Administrator permissions in Dolphin Management.
- An Anywhere Dolphin account connected to your Dolphin Management instance.
- Timezones configured for each location in Dolphin Management. This ensures that automatic messages are sent at the appropriate time.
