The Swell WebChat was designed to use your already existing Google Analytics code that is found on your website.
The event category in Google Analytics is called ‘webchat_submission’ and an event is triggered whenever someone submits their info through the Swell WebChat.
The actual event label Is ‘webchat_submission’ for any regular WebChat submission.
If you have the Swell Appointment Request feature turned ON in your Swell WebChat, then whenever submits an appointment request then that event label is ‘appointment_submission.’
