What You Can Expect During the Onboarding Process 

You will have a personal Customer Success Manager who will help you through onboarding and beyond. They will guide you with tips, best practices, and lessons learned from customers similar to you. 

You will be trained to manage Swell, including your inbox, automatic messages, review dashboard, and more! 

We’ll go as fast as you’re able! Get scheduled within the first 48 hours of signing up and you could be using Swell in one week. 

Our team will set up and support your integrations. 

You will also be introduced to our Support Team who will be available for ongoing live support Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. Eastern - 5 p.m. Pacific.
