Why are my review invites not sending?

How to check the recent invites tab to ensure your integration is sending review invites regularly

You can verify recently sent review invites and templates by navigating to the Review Tab > Overview > Recent Invites
If invites aren't sending as they should be, we may need to troubleshoot your integration and other settings. 
If your invites appear to be sending regularly, but you can't figure out why one contact didn't receive the invite, your Review Invite Period may have prevented them from receiving a review invite.
Your review invite period is set by default to 60 days, which means if a patient/customer comes in twice within 60 days they will not be sent another review invite. This period can be edited to be whatever you feel is best for your business, please reach out to support to have this change made.
