What Are Report Subscriptions?

Report subscriptions let you receive recurring email summaries from any report automatically, at a frequency you choose.

Why Report Subscriptions Matter

Subscriptions help you:

  • Stay informed without manual effort

  • Ensure consistent operational rhythms (weekly huddles, monthly reviews, etc.)

  • Keep leaders and teams aligned with standardized updates

  • Reduce missed trends by keeping important data top-of-mind

Common Use Cases 

  • Automated updates for regional teams using segments

  • Preparing for recurring meetings without logging in

  • Keeping stakeholders updated on key metrics and areas of interest

Who Can Create Report Subscriptions?

All users can create subscriptions for themselves. Enterprise admins can create report subscriptions for anyone in their organization. 

Create a Report Subscription - General Users

  1. Navigate to Insights
  2. Navigate to a report grouping (e.g., Online Reputation, Patient Experience, Ticketing)
  3. Click the Subscribe button. 
  4. If desired, select a segment to narrow the data to the most relevant information. For example, if there is a segment defined for your region, you may wish to select that segment. Learn more about segments. 
  5. Select the frequency with which you wish to receive the emailed report (e.g. Weekly, Monthly)

Emailed reports utilize mountain time when compiling data. There may be slight discrepancies between emailed data and in-app reports due to time zone variations. 

Create a Report Subscription - Enterprise Admins

  1. Navigate to Insights
  2. Navigate to a report grouping (e.g., Online Reputation, Patient Experience, Ticketing)
  3. Click the Manage Subscriptions button.
  4. Select the individual you wish to create the subscription for. 
  5. If desired, select a segment to narrow the data to the most relevant information for the selected individual. Learn more about segments. 
  6. Select the frequency with which you wish to receive the emailed report (e.g. Weekly, Monthly)
